No magic eye-opening kiss,
no seven dwarfs who dwell in the same house.
No determination to give Snow White a spouse.
There is no little mermaid of the sea and no man of the land,
no falling in love while laying in the sand.
No Ariel whose voice won his love,
no merging of the water below and the land above.
No perfect ending, no magic spell
despite what we might like..
